ONLINE FABRIC SWATCH POLICIES:
Swatches of online fabric are ordered by going to the desired fabric's main page, and then clicking "Order Swatch", immediately below the "Add To Cart" Button. Online fabric swatches are approximately 2" by 4 1/5". Swatches cost $2 per swatch. USPS First Class shipping is $5.00 for all swatch orders in the US. With orders of over 20 swatches, we reserve the right to refuse service. If you love your swatch, we encourage you to order yardage as soon as possible as many of our fabrics are non-reorderable.
* There is a 5 to 10 business day turnaround for all online swatch orders of over 8 swatches, including USPS Priority swatches.
* Please limit yourself to one swatch order every 30 days
* Most swatches are shipped USPS 1st Class letter, therefore are not trackable.
* Swatches that are shipped USPS Priority are trackable.
* Lace trim, ribbon, and trim swatches can be bought through our Customized Swatch Shopper Service.
* Due to overwhelming demand, we reserve the right to refuse service. Please limit your swatch order to fewer than 25 swatches per 30 days.
ONLINE RIBBOM, TRIM, & LACE TRIM SWATCHES: Online ribbon, lace trims, and trims are available as swatches through the Customized Swatch Shopper Service.
INTERNATIONAL SWATCHES SHIPPING COST: Your actual shipping rate will be dependent upon the number of swatches purchased, the destination, and shipping method chosen, but usually is between $12 and $15. Sadly, USPS rates just went up.
IMPORTANT SWATCH SHIPPING INFORMATION: Swatches are shipped USPS 1st Class letter, therefore are not trackable. If you want to track your swatch order, you will need to use USPS Priority shipping. There is a minimum 5 business day turnaround for all online swatch orders of over 10 pieces, including USPS Priority swatches. There is a one to three business day turnaround for all online swatch orders of under 10 swatches, including USPS Priority swatches.
CUSTOMIZED FABRIC SWATCH SHOPPER SERVICE:
With two floors of fabric, Britex Fabric’s San Francisco store is overflowing with so much more than we sell in our online store! Our Customized Fabric Swatch Service gives you unbridled access to Britex Fabrics' bounty of unique fabrics, ribbons, lace trims, and trims, excepting lace fabric. It takes between 5 to 7 days for us to find and cut your swatches, even with USPS Priority shipping services! Fabric swatches are approximately 1 1/4" by 6". Ribbon and trim swatches are approximately 3". Lace trim swatches size vary. When you select from your customized grouping, we'll credit the $25 service charge towards your $75 purchase*. (*offer good for 60 days from time of swatch purchase) If you love your swatch, we encourage you to order yardage as soon as possible as many of our fabrics are non-reorderable.
